Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Here at Eden & Stirling Contemporary Jewellery providing the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. We hope that you will be happy with your order, but if within 14 days of receipt you change your mind, we will offer you a full refund or exchange. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings – they are excluded from the returns policy for hygiene reasons. All returned items need to be returned unworn. Please note, once personalised/ bespoke items have been personalised/created, they are non-returnable or refundable.
Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.However, goods received damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery provided you inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

Please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item, quoting your order number to arrange a return or for any questions regarding a return.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in the original packaging or a padded, protected envelope to: Eden & Stirling. 19 Pendlebury Road, Manchester, M274AG.
Returns are accepted upon written request within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to us, insured to the full value of the order. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. An exception is if the item is faulty, in which case we will pay postage costs for the customer to return the item.
Goods should be returned in their original, unworn condition and in full undamaged packaging.
Refunds are credited only to the card used in the original sales transaction.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
Please note that when requesting an exchange, unless we have the new piece in stock, it may take up to 3 weeks for us to produce.
Unfortunately, any parcels returned from an international address will be at your own cost. Subsequent re-dispatch of returned/exchanged items will be subject to additional shipping costs. As stated above, we also recommend a free receipt of postage be obtained when returning orders from overseas as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
